Lauren is a bubbly, outgoing horror junkie. She spent her childhood in front of the television screen binge-watching Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and Ghost Hunters - and that is where her infatuation with true crime and the paranormal began.

In May of 2019, Lauren obtained her bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. She is in the process of obtaining her Master of Social Work degree to become a forensic social worker and will hopefully have the ability to work with the inmate population.

When Lauren is not working on her college coursework, you can find her at the local Starbucks reading the latest true crime novel or traveling with her husband and two stepchildren. 

Laura is an avid book reader and lover of all things coffee. When she isn't spending time with her family, you can catch her playing video games or with a bottle of Lysol cleaning.

Laura is a licensed social worker in the state of Arkansas and facilitates therapy interventions with the geriatric population.

Laura first got into true crime when she was young listening to her grandmother watch Unsolved Mysteries. She often becomes nostalgic listening to the intro to this and Robert Stack's booming voice. Laura is particularly interested in the supernatural and the things that go "bump in the night." She always says that "normal" is just a setting on the washing machine.
